- All photos on our page are of the real watches for sale. To avoid any misunderstanding regarding the condition, please carefully view all images of the watch you are interested in and demand extra pictures if needed. Clients are most welcome to contact us for further information about any watch.
- Our return policy is 14 days and the guarantee period is 12 months from the date of receiving the watch. The shipping under warranty will be on the buyer's side. The warranty does not cover strap, damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear, water damage unless markers water-resistant, battery if applies.
- Payments can be done as direct deal by bank transfer, or by Chrono24 Trusted Checkout.
The watches are shipped the same day when payment confirmation is received before 12:00 (on business days), or on the first available business day, by fully insured international carrier (DHL or UPS). We also welcome you in our shop in 272 Calea Mosilor, Bucharest, Romania (opened Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00). Here payments can be made in cash or card.
- Tracking details will be sent to you as the package is picked up. Shipping will take 1-3 business days, depending on the country.
- Our watches are sold under the Difference TAX system (Margin tax); Taxes are not deductible or refundable.
- Customers buying from outside the European union, please verify your local tax authority when purchasing a watch. We do not know or have any influence on the custom fees in your country. Any customs fees are the customers own responsibility.
