We accepted an offer and subsequently realised the item had sold in store. We did apologise for our internal error and cancelled the order, immediately asking chrono24 to refund. We have not tried to sell you a different watch, we explained that we had incorrectly delisted the same watch with different dial, hence the internal error. For clarity we haven’t received any payment. This is always , via chrono24 , held in escrow.
