DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
EXCLUSIVE DIAMONDS & WATCHES INC offer our clients 24 hour approval period to inspect received watch. Returns can be made only after confirming your request by email or phone (After confirmation you will get your individual return number). Individual return number has to be written on shipping label (packages without the individual return number on shipping label will be returned back to the sender). Customized, engraved, resized, damaged or warn watches can NOT be accepted for return. If the tag has been removed from the watch, purchased from EXCLUSIVE DIAMONDS & WATCHES INC, returns can NOT be made. For security purposes, please DO NOT mention the content of the package on the outside of the box. EXCLUSIVE DIAMONDS & WATCHES INC is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during return shipping.
All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, also restocking fee of 5% may apply.
SHIPPING POLICY
EXCLUSIVE DIAMONDS & WATCHES INC ships worldwide. We ship with a third party insurance company via FedEx ONLY. Every shipment is fully ensured and requires an adult signature at the time of delivery. Shipping is made ONLY after payment clears in EXCLUSIVE DIAMONDS & WATCHES INC account. Delivery time depends on the chosen service.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPD military addresses due to FedEx restrictions.
Shipping cost is not included in listed prices.
PRE-OWNED WATCHES
EXCLUSIVE DIAMONDS & WATCHES INC provides you with a full one-year warranty on all our pre-owned watches.
(Warranty can be renewed for a fixed fee)
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents or negligence. Also warranty is rendered void if any other company, except EXCLUSIVE DIAMONDS & WATCHES INC, carries out repair on the watch. We will cover all the parts, labor or even can replace the watch at our discretion within the warranty period. Shipping expenses are always responsibility of the purchaser. (No Exceptions)
UNWORN WATCHES
Due to the fact that EXCLUSIVE DIAMONDS & WATCHES INC is not an authorized dealer of any brands we sell, manufacturers will not honor the factory warranty of any watch sold through us. Therefore EXCLUSIVE DIAMONDS & WATCHES INC provides you with our own warranty identical to duration and terms (manufacturers defects only) of factory warranty. The warranty is rendered void if any other company, except EXCLUSIVE DIAMONDS & WATCHES INC, carries out repair on the watch.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be paid by bank wire only. Shipping will take place right after confirmation from our bank that the payment cleared. All import duties are buyers responsibility.
