L’article correspond bien aux photos, d’un point de vue esthétique rien à dire. Pour la description de fonctionnement , l’annonce stipule que le mouvement a été vérifié et entièrement fonctionnel alors que j’ai observé que la montre prend systématiquement 3 minutes d’avance chaque semaine. Ce détail important n’a pas été mentionné, c’ est décevant. J’ai donc mis uniquement 2 étoiles description.

Kommunikation mit dem Spediteur UPS war nicht mieglich Uhr gut, aber Stahlarmband war 10. - 15 jahre aelter als Uhr und abweichend von dazugehörige Chronoswiss modellen nicht mit Schrauben, sondern nur durch Nieten zu verstellen. Es musste daher zur Anpassung in die Schweiz versandt werden, war rund 200 Euro zusätzliche Kosten verursachen wird. Ein Hinweis auf fiese Besonderheit waere durch einen professionellen Verkaeufer zu erwarten gewesen!

You would think directly ordering from the platform providers gives best results…unfortunately not. But first things first: as this is the most important,the watch was exactly as expected and absolutely matched the picture quality! However speaking about support and communication is a complete different matter. In general I did not receive any responses on my questions and if, then highly delayed. Also the tech support was neither particular skilled judging by their responses nor happy to communicate. To sum it up, the watch was great, the buying experience the worst among all other watch purchases I did on Chrono24 so far. What a disappointment.

Uhr hat nicht funktioniert bzw. blieb nach 1-2 Minuten stehen. Reparaturdauer konnte nicht genau gesagt werden, deshalb storniert.

I was about to purchase the item however in the final view Seller did not honestly mention there is a damage on the sapphire luckily I spot it n made vertify before purchase. The description says all very good!….

Uret var annonceret som ubrugt/nyt og uden brugsmærker. Dog var der ridser på bagsiden af uret. Når jeg kigger de annoncerede billeder igennem, kan de også godt ses, når nu man ved de er der. Det kunne også ligne snavs på billedet, med desværre er det ridser 🙁 Ikke ok for et ur til over 7000 Euro!

Ich habe mich gewundert wie lange die Lieferung gebraucht hat ! Habe mich weiterhin gefragt, ohne meine Zustimmung mein Kaufpreis auszuzahlen .

Das Paket kam in einer Umverpackung von UPS, was mich etwas irritiert hat. Der Karton war allerdings fest verschlossen.

Mancano i documenti originali compresa la Garanzia come pubblicizzato nella descrizione dell'orologio e le sue immagini pubblicate, non e' corretto, puoi restuirlo e' vero, ma DHL non assicura l'oggetto per un valore superiore ai 1000,00 Euro se non sei un commerciante….cosi' oltre a costare tanto la restituzione non puoi di fatto restituire, ti hanno mollato un orologio garantito da loro e' questo puo' essere sufficiente per la sicurezza, ma il valore dell' oggetto e' dimezzato senza quei documenti.

Difficulty with getting the dealer to manage a technical error with customs, and keep telling I needed to pay the customs fees which was already done. Rather condescending..

Omega uret skulle fremstå i meget god stand, men har desværre et tydelig ridse på siden.

The purchase experience was great with Chrono24 and because they were the dealer I had strong trust the item would be legit and as described. They also were great in that because the strap on the watch I bought was alligator leather they removed it and sent it separately. Replacing the strap for time being with a basic leather strap. They did this in case customs in my country had issues with the alligator leather. This was a great touch and I was very impressed. Especially because they replaced with another strap so I could wear the watch when it arrived. Albeit a pretty low quality strap. However, I have one major issue with this. The shipping service they used for the strap seems to be really cheap and basic. There is no tracking to speak of and the strap has not arrived one month later and no one (Chrono nor the carrier) can tell me where it is. The strap is still worth approx $500 so to send in an untracked, slow, economy service is really not acceptable. My advice to anyone buying from Chrono is to insist they send the strap with a high quality shipping service.
