Item was packaged well but the pictures were not the same watch. My chapter ring has misalignment that was not represented in the photos

Dealer described item as brand new , complete set. The Hang tag was missing, dealer said that original dealer keeps it , which is untrue. Offered a full refund, but I have to pay return shipping and insurance which was over $200. After the fact I saw similar reviews of the same dealer.

It's my understanding that dealers need to show pictures of the actual watch in addition to any stock photos used. In the case of this particular purchase, those pictures represented a new watch with all tags and stickers intact. When the watch arrived the protective stickers were missing. The dealer informed me they got the watch that way and when pressed admitted to using old pictures. The only solution was a difficult and costly return that would have involved customs. This is not my first purchase via Chrono24, but it may have been my last and certainly never again from this dealer and I cannot even be certain this is an unused watch.

I thought I was buying a new watch: my mistake. In fact, I was buying (as announced in the ad) an unworn watch more than 500 CAD over the retail price of a new watch at the AD. The difference between new and unworn is not semantic, nor is it minor. The unworn watch was as expected (mint condition, without any signs of wear) but 1. unboxing was disappointing since the watch had been unboxed by the previous owner and 2. the warranty card clearly showed that the warranty was running for over 9 months. The seller categorically refused any compensation for the loss of warranty coverage. Chrono24 was kind enough to offer a much appreciated compensation. In summary, read the listings carefully, ask questions, and don’t buy second-hand watches from these guys. You could be disappointed...

It took 1 month I live 1 1/2 hour from dealer it was not it is the usps.

Zegarek nie mógł dotrzeć do mnie przez ponad 2 miesiące ,dokumenty przekazane przez ubezpieczyciela były nie do wypełnienia ! trwało to o wiele za długo !!!

Le faltaban piezas a i correa y el vendedor no se hizo responsable, solo me dio opciones de dónde comprarlas. Eso está muy mal; ya que era un producto nuevo

Due to the wrong invoice sent by the dealer and wrong mode of shipment selected by the dealer. The product was stuck in the customs and had to pay fine and more duty around 40 % more which was not reimbursed nor did I get any support from Chrono24 although the payment was through secure mode of payment. So not fit for purchasing for India at least.

The watch was as described very happy with it. Only thing I didn’t like. Is the fact that it was shipped without a signature requirement. United States Postal Service just left it sitting on my doorstep. Anyone could’ve stole it.
