Despite being listed mounted on card in the correct way, when the hands arrived two of them were loose together in a packet, not what I was expecting or as per the listing photograph. The hands themselves are good and accurately described. When I asked the seller about the way they were delivered and if it was possible to have the missing paper mounts I was told if you don't like it you can have a refund, there no offer to send the cards, and since then have not responded to my message. very disappointing I don't think my request was in any way unreasonable, and as we all know details matter.
